Your user name is usually made up of the first 5 characters of your surname, followed by your first initial of your first name followed by 00 (zero zero)
i.e. Terry Rogers would be ROGERT00
NOTE: there may be occasions where the 00 may be 01,02,03 instead, this would be where we have more than one user with this name
