Instructions on how to install TeamViewer from the Sales Portal 

  1. Load into the Sales Portal and click on the Adapt menu option  
  2. Press the Team Viewer link
  3. Click on the Click Here To Download and the file will start to download
  4. A pop up box will show the progress of the download
  5. Once downloaded click on Run
  6. Select the  Basic Installation radio button
  7. Select the  Personal/Non Commercial Use radio button
  8. Select  Accept - Finish button
  9. Team Viewer will automatically begin extracting the files and completing the installation
  10. Once installed, you will see this Team Viewer log in screen and the install is now complete
  11. You can now close out of Team Viewer if you don’t need to use it at this stage by clicking on the cross
  12. You can create a desktop icon for Team Viewer by clicking on the App List icon
  13. Find Team Viewer in the list. Hold and drag the icon to the desktop
  14. The Team Viewer shortcut will then be placed on your desktop for easy access
