If you are trying to connect to Cisco AnyConnect VPN you may get an error message stating  'Your system doesn't meet prerequisites'


This means the Trend Office Scan protection on your device needs updating.


  1. Right click on the Trend Micro OfficeScan Agent icon in the bottom right hand icon tray   
  2. Click on 'Update Now' from the pop up menu
  3. The update will then be installed
  4. A success message 'Component update is complete' will appear
  5. Click on Close
  6. You should now be able to log on to Cisco AnyConnect VPN
