If you require help from Service Desk they may need to remotely connect up to your device in order to assist you. If you don't have an Anglian device i.e. you're a Sales Rep with a Surface Pro you will need to install TeamViewer. To install this from the interne follow the instructions below.


  1. Go to https://www.teamviewer.com/en/ 
  2. Click on the green Download TeamViewer box on the page 
  3. A pop up box will appear at the bottom of the page asking 'Do you want to run or save TeamViewer_Setup_en.exe'
  4. Click Run
  5. When the TeamViewer Set Up box appears, select 'Basic Installation' and 'Personal/Non-commercial use'

       6. Click Accept - finish 

       7.  A pop up box will appear asking 'Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your PC?' , click Yes

       8. The install box will appear and show the progress of the installation, when completed TeamViewer will now be installed
