If your direct dial, extension or mobile number is missing or incorrect on your email signature or on the telephone search you can amend these using the instructions below 


1.     Go to the Telephone Search on intranet

2.     Search for your name 

3.     Click on Edit 

4.     Add/amend your direct dial/extension/mobile number and save 

5.     When the system refreshes overnight your email signature will be updated and will appear on your email
