To set up your Anglian email on your Windows phone
- On your home screen/app list, click on Settings, then click on Accounts
2. Click on Email and App Accounts
3. Click on Add an Account
4. Select Exchange from the list
5. Enter your Anglian email address > then click Next
6. Input your password then click Sign In
7. You may now have an error message asking you to check your information and try again, if you get this input your Anglian user name i.e. BLOGGJ00 and input AW_HO in the Domain box > then click Sign in
8. You will then get a pop up box telling you 'Something went wrong' > click on Advanced.
9. You will then need to input your Username and Domain again and you will now have 3 extra boxes appear at the bottom of the screen. The first is for the Server details, input email.anglian-windows.com. Ensure the box for 'server requires encrypted (SSL) connection is ticked. Then add in an account name in the Account Name box > then click Sign In
9. You will then get a success message stating your account has been successfully set up
10. You can access your emails via the Outlook Mail tile if you have it on your home screen or from Outlook Mail in your app list
