If you have incorrect information on the telephone search and email signature (i.e. incorrect/new job role) or information missing that is not your telephone no / extension no / mobile no, this would need to be raised with HR/Payroll


If your information is correct on the telephone search, but is incorrect on your email signature, then this would need to be raised as a call with Service Desk


If you have missing or incorrect telephone numbers on your telephone search/email signature i.e. telephone no / extension no / mobile no – these can be edited in the telephone search, which will then update your email signature overnight.
