If you have a light blue screen in Adapt, this can only be resolved by uninstalling then reinstalling Adapt


To uninstall then reinstall Adapt follow the instructions below 

  1. To uninstall Adapt, press and hold the Adapt icon on your device until a small circle with 3 dots in it appears on the bottom right hand corner of the icon
  2. Click on the small circle with the 3 dots and click Uninstall from the pop up menu that appears
  3. A confirmation message will appear stating 'This app and its related info will be uninstall' , click on the Uninstall button
  4. Adapt will now uninstall, when completed the Adapt icon will disappear
  5. Restart your device - see 'How to Restart Surface Pro' for instructions
  6. Once you have restarted your device, log into the Sales Portal - link to Sales Portal 
  7. Reinstall Adapt from the Adapt page of the Sales Portal - see 'How to install latest version of Adapt'
