If you are experiencing issues with Presenter not displaying correctly......


  1. Check your device is in tablet mode -see  How to put your device into Tablet mode  for instructions 
  2. Toggle Tablet mode on and off to see if this rectifies the issue 
  3. If it is still not displaying correctly, reboot your device - see Rebooting your Surface Pro for instructions 
  4. Once your device has rebooted, ensure it is in Tablet mode
